Integrated unfolding

A transformative journey of self discovery

What is your purpose? Why are you here? What is holding you back or keeping you stuck? Often the answers to these questions feel far away and unclear — caught up in obligation, duty, co-dependence, victimhood and other toxic patterns. I encourage my clients to embrace their personal growth and take full responsibility for their own healing and development. The key to finding these answers is to slowly peel back the layers of dust, grime, and neglect gathered over the years in these patterns to reveal those beautiful old doors to your heart — the place of your intuition and deep sense of truth and love.

My approach is rooted in the sacred connection between body, mind and spirit. I work with breath, movement, energy and ritual as much as I work with words, helping my clients come home to their own innate wisdom by confronting their role in the non-ideal patterns that appear in their lives. By embracing our own contributions to these patterns — and clearing what no longer serves us — we can affect real change and live much more fulfilling, joy-filled lives.

Working with me

My work sits at the intersection of psychotherapy and something harder to name — the body's wisdom, the nervous system's truth, the parts of you that know things before your mind catches up. I bring fifteen years of clinical training to the table, and I don't leave the rest of it at the door. Whatever gets you to the other side of what scares you — conversation, breath, ritual, stillness — that's what we'll use.

Change is scary. So is staying the same. Most of us spend years caught between the two — afraid of what we'll lose if we grow, and afraid of what we'll lose if we don't.

I didn't learn this from a textbook. I learned it by living it — by facing my own fear, my own resistance, my own blind spots, more times than I can count. That's not something I say to impress you. It's the reason I can sit across from you and see what you can't yet see in yourself. Fifteen years of practice taught me the theory. My own life taught me the rest.

Partnerships and marriage, parenthood, grief, loss of an entire community, reinvention, the quiet unraveling of a life that no longer fits — I don't need you to explain these to me. I've been in the room with them myself.

My approach draws on attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and somatic psychotherapy — because real change doesn't happen only in the mind, it happens in the body too. I trained extensively in Integrative Body Psychotherapy, along with Brainspotting and EFT, and I bring breathwork and embodiment into our work regularly. Sessions are mostly client-led — I meet you where you're at, not where I think you should be. Some of the deepest work happens on the days you walk in not knowing what to talk about, once the noise of a triggered mind settles enough to hear what's actually underneath. I have plenty of exercises I can lead you through, and we can move quickly into somatic or breathwork if you're open to it, or take it slow if that's what you need. What doesn't change is that I'm direct. I use humor and wit to land the aha moments, and I'm not afraid to call BS. I'd rather be honest with you than waste your time dancing around the issue.

What I offer isn't just a space to talk. It's someone who can name the pattern before you do, ask the question you've been avoiding, and hold steady while you find your own answer — because I've had to find mine.

If you're ready to stop circling the same fears and actually walk through them, I'd be honored to go with you.
